What are the measurements of a Safe Hands™ band?

24” long x 5” wide

 

Is the fabric pre-shrunk?

Yes, the fabric has been washed and dried.

 

Where do you ship to?

We are shipping only to the USA and Canada at this time. Keep checking back, we are working on shipping to more countries!

 

Is Safe Hands™ double sided?

It is not double sided, the Velcro is on the underside to allow the band to close over the cart handle.

 

How do I clean my band?

Safe Hands™ is machine washable with warm water and low tumble dry.   Light iron if needed.  ALWAYS close the Velcro before washing

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

An order cannot be modified or canceled once placed as orders are pulled into our shipping system and scheduled specifically with the inventory in the order for our shipping team to pick and ship as quickly as possible. 

Our system is not able to add inventory onto an existing order. A new, separate order needs to be placed.

 

How do I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes must be rendered at checkout. Each coupon code can be used once per customer. If a coupon code shows that it is expired, it means you have used it on a past order, and our system cannot apply it again.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

While shipping rates vary based on location, first class shipping is free for orders with a subtotal over $20 for domestic customers and at this time the cost for international shipping to Canada only is $8.95. International orders also may be subject to duties and/or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. You may also upgrade to priority shipping for an additional cost, or express, overnight shipping by emailing hello@safehands.co.

 

From where do your items ship?

We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Glendale, AZ.

 

Is there a time limit for returns?

The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

Items can be returned after this seven-day-time frame for a store credit as long as they meet the following requirements:

● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage 

Do I need a receipt to return?

No receipt is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order.

Record of sale is required for items to be return-eligible.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders will ship within 2-3 business days from your order date via USPS first class mail, and should be delivered within about 5 business days for domestic customers. Shipping times for international customers vary and may take up to 3 weeks.
