Shipping

All products sold in our store include a free shipping option to the US when the order subtotal is over $22.  All orders are shipped from our Glendale, AZ warehouse. If there is a shipping wait it is noted in the individual product listing, otherwise all items are shipped within 3 days of order being placed.  Any delivery dates provided by Safe Hands™ are estimates.  We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, as products are ready. Safe Hands™ will send you an email when your order has shipped. All shipments go by way of USPS or carrier at sellers discretion.  If you need an item quickly, please email for a priority/express rate at hello@safehands.co.

All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.  Please make certain to ship to a secure location, as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.

Safe Hands™ may cancel orders for any reason at any time and in our sole discretion. These can include fraud prevention, orders connected with a previous credit card dispute, or inventory errors.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, but we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Beyond 7 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

No return form is necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. Safe Hands™ is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) please email us at hello@safehands.co to initiate the return prior to mailing anything back.

Return items must be UNUSED and UNWASHED. Items that appear used, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been used once it will not qualify for a return. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Email hello@safehands.co to begin the return process.
